Return Policy

At Dynasty Research Co., we are committed to providing high-quality research products. Due to the nature of research compounds and to help ensure product integrity and safety, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Returns

We only accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The product must not show any signs of tampering, damage, or alteration.
Proof of purchase is required.

Products that have been opened, reconstituted, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened research compounds
Reconstituted products
Products with broken or removed seals
Products showing signs of use or tampering
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as an incorrect or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
